I have been into boardsports since I was 4 years old. My passion for yoga started more than 17 years ago with Asthanga, a rather physical form of yoga that gives me the perfect balance to all my activities.
A few years later, as a natural consequence, I became a yoga teacher for Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
Besides I am also a designer of sportswear and outdoor products, as well as a life coach.
Now that the days are getting shorter and the temperatures are dropping, you start envisioning the first snow and splitboarding days.
It's the perfect time to start pre-season preparation - focus on your endurance and flexibility so you're ready to hit the hills and play.
To get the most enjoyment out of the season from the first ride, a solid physical foundation is paramount, and that's what we'll be working on in these yoga sessions.
A practice that focuses on your most important assets when splitboarding - your feet, your legs, your lower back and core, not forgetting your arms and last but not least your head.
The session takes place every Wednesday evening at 19h CET.
